Bikram Yoga: 90-minutes
This is the original 26-posture sequence developed in the 1970’s. You will be guided through a set series of poses designed to rapidly promote flexibility and thoroughly deliver healing oxygen and blood flow to all parts of the body. Designed for all levels. Come with an open mind and be prepared to sweat.
Bikram Yoga: 60-minutes
This is a condensed version of the original class for those who are short on time. Designed for all levels, beginner to advanced. This class is intended as a supplement, not a substitute, for the 90-minute class.
Silent Class – 90 minutes:
This is the original Bikram Yoga sequence led without verbal instruction. For your safety, it is a prerequisite that you be familiar with the entire sequence before joining this class. Instructor reserves the right to deny entry if the prerequisite is not met.
