90-minute classes are the original Bikram Yoga series with full verbal instruction and 2-sets of all poses.

75-minute classes are a variation of the original series, with 2-sets of all standing series poses and 1-set of all floor poses. 

60-minute classes are a variation of the original series with 2-sets of most standing poses, and 1-set of all floor poses. 

“Silent Class” is the original Bikram Yoga series led without verbal instruction. A basic understanding of the original sequence, having completed at least 5 classes, is required for attendance.  This class is not suitable for first-time students. 

“Yoga Basics for Beginners” is a FREE session on the fundamentals of a sound yoga practice.  This is primarily an informational presentation, with an interactive Q&A session.
