To book a class, please log-in to your account. Walk-ins are welcome on a space-available basis.
Maximum 15 students per class at this time.
If registration is indicated as “closed” it means the class is full, but check back regularly as spaces may open up.
We have a generous 2-hour cancellation policy.
90-minute class: The original Bikram Yoga series with full verbal instruction and 2-sets of all poses.
60-minute “Power Hour” A modified version of the Bikram Yoga series with a faster pace and 2 sets of most poses.
Silent Class: The original Bikram Yoga series led without verbal instruction. A basic understanding of the original sequence, having completed at least 5 classes, is required for attendance.
