Studio 105: Minimum age is 14 years old. No exceptions. If you are between the ages of 14 and 17, a parent or guardian over the age of 18 must participate in your first class with you.
Studio 85: Minimum age is 18 years old. Please, no exceptions.
Studio 105 is heated to 105 degrees and 40%-50% humidity.
Studio 85 is heated to 80-85 degrees with, natural, ambient, humidity. Tai Chi Chuan classes are not heated.
Sorry, no. Local water restrictions make having indoor showers a costly and complicated amenity. We DO have a lovely patio where you can cool down, enjoy the sunshine and a friendly vibe.
Discuss any concerns with your instructor prior to the start of class. Just do the best you can and rest on your yoga mat when you need to. Drink plenty of fluids before and after class. It takes about 2 weeks to begin to acclimate to the temperature.
NO!! If you are not feeling well, and especially if you have a fever or cough, please stay at home! Pushing through an illness may make it worse and will likely make others sick, too.
Late arrivals are not admitted. Plan your travel and parking time accordingly. This is necessary for your safety and to eliminate disruption in the classroom.
All classes and rentals are purchased a la carte. This allows you to purchase &/or rent exactly what you need without over-buying.

There is FREE 2-hour street parking on 10th St, Park Avenue and Sloat Avenue. There are a handful of spaces on 10th St. where you can park without restrictions. Parking on weekends is unrestricted; with no time limits.
