Pranayama and The 8-Limbs of Yoga

In this workshop, you’ll get an overview of Patanjali’s 8-Fold path for “right living.”
Learn about “full yogic breathing” and how to use it in your daily life; responding to stressors in a more relaxed way.
Put what you’ve learned into practice with flow-style asana.
Finish with guided meditation in savasana; touching on the 7-chakras, the body’s energy channels.

Class room will be warm but not heated.
Dress as you would for an unheated yoga class.
Please bring a yoga block, bolster, firm pillow, or yoga blanket if you have one.
