Learn about “full yogic breathing” and how to use it in your daily life; responding to stressors in a more relaxed way.
Put what you’ve learned into practice with flow-style asana.
Finish with guided meditation in savasana; touching on the 7-chakras, the body’s energy channels.
Class room will be warm but not heated.
Dress as you would for an unheated yoga class.
