ORIGINAL BIKRAM BEGINNING YOGA – 90 MINUTES

This is the original hot yoga posture sequence developed in the 1970s. You will be guided through a set series of 26 poses designed for all levels. Come with an open mind, and be prepared to sweat. Heated to 105 degrees, with 50% humidity. Please arrive early. Late arrivals not admitted

BIKRAM YOGA EXPRESS – 60 MINUTES

This is a condensed version of the original class designed as a supplement for those who are already familiar with Bikram Yoga. If you are new to our school, we recommend begining in the original 90-minute class. Please arrive early. Late arrivals not admitted.

BIKRAM 90 SILENT (this class has a prerequisite - contact us for an invitation)

This is the original Bikram Yoga sequence led without verbal instruction. It is a prerequisite that you be familiar with the entire sequence before joining this class. Please contact us for an invitation to this class. Late arrivals not admitted.
