This is the original posture sequence developed in the 1970s. You will be guided through a set series of 26 poses designed to rapidly promote flexibility and thoroughly deliver healing oxygen and blood flow to all parts of the body. Designed for all levels. Come with an open mind and be prepared to sweat. Heated to 108 degrees, with 40-50% humidity.
This is a condensed version of the original class for those who are short on time. This class is intended as a supplement, not a substitute, for the 90-minute class. If you are new to yoga, we strongly recommend beginning in the original 90-minute class. Heated to 108 degrees, with 40-50% humidity.
This is the original Bikram Yoga sequence led without verbal instruction. Heated to 108 degrees, with 40-50% humidity.
For your safety, it is a prerequisite that you be familiar with the entire sequence before joining this class. Instructor reserves the right to deny entry if the prerequisite is not met.
A challenging series of progressive postures linking movement with breath. Based in ashtanga yoga, the posture sequence is memorized and the practice is repetitive to allow for an intimate exploration into the self by way of the body. Open to all, but some previous yoga experience is recommended. Heated to 80 degrees. (Maximum 10 students. Reservations strongly suggested.)
Schedules are subject to change. Consult the Class Registration listing below for offerings on a specific day.
