Challenge yourself to accomplish something with your hot yoga practice that’s beyond what you've imagined you could do. Why?
To get a fresh start … to sleep better … maybe lose a bit of weight … to feel more like a human and less like a zombie … to make new friends … to learn to concentrate … and just maybe to finally, really, lock your knee!
The Challenge begins on Thursday, September 1 and runs through Friday, September 30.
You may sign up until September 9, but you’ll need to make up classes along the way in order to successfully complete the Challenge.
Practice 30 classes in the 30 days of September. If you miss a day, you can make it up with two classes on the same day (triples not permitted.)
Track your progress and see the progress of your fellow yogis by placing a well-deserved star on the in-studio tracking board.
On September 30, we celebrate! All finishers will receive bragging rights and an awesome prize!
The 30 Day Challenge is FREE if you have a Recurring Monthly Membership, and only $129 for those who have pre-paid class-passes (your class pass will be preserved to use again after the Challenge.)
Register in person at the front desk or by phone.
Tell your friends & family of your intention to complete the challenge. Verbalizing your intention to others will improve your chance of success!
Make a plan to organize your time. Rally the support of your family members. Ask them for help with chores or appointments so that you may prioritize your yoga practice.
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water throughout the Challenge.
Oh, and get a good night’s sleep.
