Bikram yoga on the Monterey peninsula offers a minimum of three classes each day.  We offer classes 7 days a week. All of our classes are beginning level yoga classes.  Most classes are 90 minutes long. We offer three classes per week that are 75 minutes long.  

Hatha yoga suited to all levels of ability including beginners

 

Schedule

We offer 20 original 90-minute Bikram classes and three 75-minute classes each week. We offer one 90-minute SILENT (non-verbal instruction) Bikram class every Sunday  4:00 PM.

All students are admitted on a walk-in basis. We do not accept advanced reservations or registrations. To register, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.  Plan your travel time accordingly; late arrivals will not be admitted.

Teacher assignments are subject to change without notice.
